Creative Director

LuminoCity is an experiential event production company exploring the intersection of traditional Chinese craftsmanship and immersive family-oriented entertainment. We are seeking a human-centric, data-driven digital marketer to own performance-based marketing efforts across the digital ecosystem. This position requires a self-starter attitude with superior creative and strategic thinking, writing and project management skills to manage advertiser solutions across various platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing strategy and budget to achieve performance-based goals while maximizing brand building activities for all channels;
  • Develop and execute creative strategies and campaigns across social media channels, serving as the steward of brand voice and message;
  • Create and oversee editorial calendars and create custom assets as necessary, building and engaging with fan communities, and overseeing community management across social platforms and messaging services;
  • Track and analyze data for customer development and to ensure marketing campaigns are running efficiently;
  • Manage and work with agencies and technical teams to actively optimize marketing channels (paid and earned), including social, search, CRM, email, web, press, influencer, referral/loyalty
  • Work with designers, photographers, and producers to develop custom creative content for marketing and promotion purposes online and offline;
  • Create and distribute monthly and weekly analytics reports of marketing performance across digital platforms for key stakeholders;
  • Oversee agency and influencer relationships;

Qualifications:

  • Creative and talented in writing,
  • 2 years or more of experience in digital marketing, analyst, or consulting capacity
  • Direct, hands-on experience developing, planning, launching and analyzing digital campaigns
  • Ability to develop performance marketing dashboards and communicate the implications clearly and concisely
  • Commitment to continuously analyzing, iterating and improving performance
  • Have a strong interest in growth marketing and customer acquisition concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of appropriate usage of Adobe & Office suite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)
  • Public Relations: 1 year (Preferred)
